Pickleball - Mt A - Friday, Jan 9th, 2026

Today we had 24 players out, keeping all 6 courts active. It must have been the spring like temps that brought out some banter between courts, resulting in smiles and laughter across the gym.

There were a couple of games where it looked like there might be a lop-sided win in the works. However, in the true spirit of the game, the team that was down came back strong to either win the game or to force “OT”.  Whatever the score, it was obvious everyone was having fun and making some great plays.

As some may have noticed our ball supply has been running a little low of late despite adding new balls just before Christmas. We’ve secured another order of balls through our town contact and they should be arriving soon. To help us monitor our ball supply, we’d like to create a spot for broken balls to be collected at each session. This will give us insight into how many balls are broken on average in a week to help us better predict when we need to order again.

We are always looking for volunteers to do write-ups on our sessions so if you are interested in contributing to our communications for a week (or more), please reach out.
