Pickleball - Mt A - Tuesday, Jan 6th, 2026

Happy New “Pickle Ball” Year everyone! Today we had 38 players out to start the year off strong. We had several familiar faces and some new faces as well. While we had the gym booked for two hours (9 to 11), due to gym availability there were several of us who played into the lunch hour.

One of the common themes in conversation today was everyone’s excitement to be back on the courts. While some of us might have sampled a few too many sweets over the break, it didn’t seem to impact our game play any. There were lots of close games and many great shots made.

A reminder that our fee has increased to $5 per person per session at the Mount A gym and our sessions are all now 2 hours in length (9 to 11am on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1 to 3pm on Fridays).
