Pickleball - MTA - Fri., Apr. 24, 2026

We had 27 people show up at our Pickleball session today. We got started early setting up nets and play on the near side 3 courts got started. However, we soon after had 24 players and the basketball players were still occupying 2 courts and insisted that they had the rights to it since the scheduled showed that badminton had part of the gym reserved. I was able to reason with them and brought the MTA gym attendant over and the remaining. basketball player allowed us to use the courts after a 15 minute delay or so. I will check to ensure this conflict doesn't happen again.

There was a lot of good play and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.
