Thursday morning, November 13th - MTA Gym

Hi all

Pickleball started at 9:00 with three courts which quickly increased to five courts until shortly after 11:00 when courts were reduced back to three and when I was leaving at shortly after 12:00 two courts were still busy... so we are a very active group...

Terry was back donning protective glasses... this time without Melissa, so no family competition today! With so many players, one rotates after each game but are unable to play with or against everyone... It is always great to have different teams, and over time, multiple days, we get to play with and against everyone.

I did get to play with Kirk today versus Kelly and Pam (I believe) just falling short 11-9.

In another game, this time playing with Pam, we outlasted Catherine and Brent 12-10 having fallen down 10-8... Motto, never give up... In this game Brent was known to pepper the ball at Pam, but we all know Brent was not targeting. This just happens sometimes...

Debbie and Kelly got a lot of practice playing together in preparation for tournament play next weekend! We all take credit for sharpening them up and wish them well, and mainly just have fun!
