Thursday morning, September 18th - Outdoor Courts

Hi all

We had all four courts busy this morning with a couple players ready to rotate in. We welcomed a number back today including Janice, Terry and Melissa, June and Sherman... Having so many out, I did not have the pleasure of playing with or against everyone, but teamed up with Melissa versus June and Pam to a hard fought 11-8 score... The weather was a little cool, then warmed up and even near the end a very light drop of rain that did not last or stop play. In the final match of the morning, just shy of 12 saw Terry and I take an insurmountable lead, or so we thought, only to succumb to Fred and Chris 14-12! Oh well, that's pickleball!

There was a Yeti water bottle left behind that I took home and back to the courts on this morning... If it is yours, or you recognize whose it might be, please contact me to pick it up.

Our Monday and Wednesday evening sessions move to Salem Gym starting next Monday.

Our Monday and Wednesday mornings and Friday afternoon sessions remain on the outdoor courts, weather permitting. We hope to have an update on this soon...

Group play continues tomorrow afternoon at 1:00 and then again on Saturday morning at 9:00 on our outdoor courts!
