Tuesday morning, Nov. 18th - MTA Gym

Hi Pickleballers,

We started off with four courts at 9:00 which grew to all six courts set up and being used before 10:00 then reduced to four, and three courts were busy right up to 12:00, and when most of us were leaving Lisa and Charlene were battling it out with Steve and Dan... a little family competition??? There were a few of our regulars missing, so with six courts full speaks volumes for the popularity of this game!

I wanted to post a short recap because of a great shot Brent made playing with Chris versus new player Ali, not sure how he spells his name, and I. Brent made one of those ATP shots to win a rally. I am not sure of the final score, but it was a great thrill to be on the court to witness this!

Also, played with and against new player Raoul from Memramcook, who came with Daniel, and it looks like we might have another regular for our group.

In talking with players on the sidelines, we find out that the numbers on Monday at Salem continue to grow with 30 or more out for the three courts there. I am sure everyone works hard to keep the rotation going for all!

Next play is tonight at the Salem gym and then again Thursday morning at the MTA gym
