Your New Committee

Hi All,

We had a committee meeting May 13th and here are some notes of interest to everyone.

First, we now have six members with Heather becoming the latest to join.

These folks are your go to people for any questions or comments regarding our pickleball facilities, equipment, play rotation, rules, and anything that might be of interest or need improvement. Whatever the issue, these folks are there to help. If either member doesn't have the answer, he/she will do their best to get you an answer.

We are continuing in the MTA/Salem gyms until they are no longer available - check the Calendar for available times. The outdoor courts will be used for regular play after that. The outdoor times are: Mon & Wed evenings 6pm to dusk, Tue, Thu, Sat mornings 9am to noon, and Fri afternoon 1pm to 4pm.

There are no plans for an outdoor tournament this summer.

There is a concern about some misuse of the outdoor courts such as skateboards, sitting on the nets, etc. We ask everyone that if you SEE SOMETHING - SAY SOMETHING. Please take the action to ask the offenders to stop/leave the courts, they are not allowed to be there unless they are playing pickleball. This is important if we want to keep this facility going.
