Hi All,
When I arrived on Monday evening there were two courts busy, which quickly turned into all four courts busy with at times eight in the queue to rotate in...So numbers continue to be strong, and lots of spirited play. Many new faces along with the many regulars... When I left Aiden and Ethan were still working on their game, practicing individually...
On Tuesday morning saw all four courts busy from shortly after 9:00, and paddles were lined up on a bench to organize rotating in...remembering after two games one should take a seat to facilitate a good rotation... As I saw it, rotation worked quite well with six paddles regularly on the bench to help with organized play... This lasted until about 11:30 when there were some leaving... and at least two courts continued just past 12:00 and one court was still busy when I left around 12:15... One could say the facility is getting good use, with a variety of different players. Jon and Cindy, Jacob and Elias were back to add to our group, and this time Cy was on the bench, but just to coach???
Adding to the life of our Pickleball group was some help to the Sackville Foodbank where John, Zane and myself helped with a furniture drive for their Second Chances Thrift Store that is being set up at 18 Lorne Street in Sackville, opening August 1 from 10am to 3pm. When I asked Corinna about helping out, she quickly suggested her husband and son. Also helping out with the furniture drive was Logan on Saturday... Thanks Pickleball family!

Next playtime will be tomorrow, Wednesday evening at the outdoor courts at 6:00pm
Pickle On!
