Saturday morning, July 19th on Outdoor Courts

Hi All,

We had about 20 players on the courts Saturday morning using all four courts, and playing until about 11:45am. Our last game had Josh and myself up against Richard and Christian. We had some great rallies with Josh and I coming out on top. Christian and Saeed are playing in a Dieppe tournament next month in the 3.5 and up - 44 and below bracket. There are great players in the Dieppe area, but I think that our guys will give them all a good run for their money - good luck guys!

Remember: Monday (July 21st) is the start of our trial court (Court D) for the competitive players. Those folks who are looking for a tough, tournament style play would be welcome but keep in mind that these games will be quite intense. The remaining three courts will be for our recreational players. If the interest in "competitive" play exceeds that of "recreational" play then we could also use Court C for the competitive players. This is a trial to see the best way to move forward while keeping everyone playing the type of games that most interests them. Keep in mind the need to welcome any folks new to the game and help them get started with our recreational style of play. It's a trial period, so all questions and suggestions are welcome.

The next session is Monday evening at 6pm, then Tuesday morning at 9am.
