Thursday, April 24 at MTA Gym

Hi All,

There were five courts busy today at the Mount A gym time. Fortunately, when I was ready to start Jill and Anna were about ready to get on the court, and with Steve available, I was able to partner up with Anna and Steve partnered up with Jill. I am not sure of the final score, but we had so many great rallies and shots that we cannot treat these two as beginners any longer! Play continued until about 11:30 when a number of players were about to leave, but not before I was able to talk Jack into partnering up with me... I have played with and against Christie-Anne, but somehow Jack has been avoiding me recently... Just joking... With so many out sometimes the rotation does not allow for you to play everyone! Anyway, my memory states that we handled Richard and Chris to a convincing win... It is always a great game when Jack is involved!

In the last games of the days saw Chris and I battling Bruno and Josh. Josh seems to be avoiding me lately, but I do not know why as they were able to come out on top... Was it because we wanted them to play again soon???

A few of us checked out the outdoors courts today and even used pressure washers...There is some work to be done and we will be in touch about when those who are interested to helping out to work on the courts. There is a lot of discolouration so stay tuned for a call...

Our next scheduled time is tomorrow at 1:00 at the Mount A gym... Pickle on!
