Thursday, April 3 @ MTA Gym

Hi All,

We had four courts set up for pickleball today, so this would mean 16 or so players... Ben and Rebecca were back and played together and with other partners as we all do... I do not have many scores to report but the rallies were evident for great play... In one game that Catherine and I battled Ben and Rebecca, it was Rebecca that kept the game close although falling in this game. In another game, the new player from Amherst, Gary and Ben partnered up versus Jocelyne and I which turned out to be quite the battle with so many smashes and tremendous and enjoyable rallies! Many of the players left early, leaving two courts busy, then it reduced to one court, with Gary and I battling Lisa and Heather. I forget the score but I do remember being on the winning side, salvaging the male pride.

The Mount A gym is closing tomorrow for exams, and will be reopening on Thursday, April 17 which be our next gym time at Mount A, but remember that we have gym times at the Salem Elementary School on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30... Pickle On!
