Tuesday morning, June 10th @ Outside Courts

Updated: Jun 19

It turned out to be a great morning for playing pickleball on our outdoor courts, and 15 avid players showed up to demonstrate their skills.  I didn't get to play with some, but those I played with and against were in great form.

The wind was present, but unless you did a high lob, it respected your shot and didn't interfere. I love playing outdoors.  You can see the lines and smell the cookies and even watch the crane on the move, not the bird, the Lafford crane.

I left early  to attend the Salem Elementary Talent Show, where my granddaughter, Violet, and her friend, Catherine, performed a song they wrote themselves. ( I have the bragging rights. )

On another note, there was a sized M grey hoody with the logo "506 Elite" left behind at the Mount A gym on Friday.  I have it, if it is yours.  If no one claims it, I will turn it in to the lost & found at the gym next week. I'm temped to keep it, but that would be a stretch on so many levels.

We play our last gig at the Salem gym on Wed, June 11th at 7:30, and I've put in my order for great weather for Thursday morning outdoors, let's make it a date!!

Pam
